Introduction
These Verified Partner Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the Platform ("we", "us", "our") and any aesthetic practitioner, clinic, prescriber, or pharmacy ("Partner", "you", "your") who is approved as a Verified Partner.
By applying for and maintaining Verified Partner status, you agree to comply with this Agreement, the general Platform Terms of Use, and all relevant laws, standards, and clinical regulations.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify and remain a Verified Partner, you must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Hold valid and current professional qualifications, licences, and insurance appropriate for all services offered.
- Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable documentation during onboarding.
- Maintain public liability and professional indemnity insurance at levels acceptable to the Platform.
- Comply with all industry regulatory frameworks, including prescribing regulations, product handling rules, and advertising standards.
- Use only approved and genuine medical and aesthetic products purchased from licensed suppliers.
Verification & Ongoing Compliance
- You consent to the Platform conducting verification checks at any time, including document audits, compliance reviews, and patient feedback evaluations.
- You must notify us immediately of any changes to your licence status, insurance coverage, clinical location, or professional standing.
- Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of Verified Partner status
Service Standards
Partners must:
- Deliver treatments in line with recognised professional standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide accurate treatment information, risks, and aftercare instructions to clients.
- Retain all client consultation records, consent forms, and medical notes securely and in compliance with data protection laws.
- Respond to client messages, booking enquiries, and complaints promptly.
Use of the Platform
You agree to:
- List accurate service descriptions, pricing, availability, and qualifications.
- Avoid misleading claims, prohibited content, or unapproved before/after imagery.
- Keep your profile always updated.
- Only use approved workflows for medicines, prescribing, or pharmacy integrations.
We reserve the right to edit, remove, or restrict content that breaches Platform rules.
Payments & Fees
- All payments processed through the Platform are subject to applicable Platform fees.
- Payments will be released in accordance with our payout schedule and financial compliance policies.
- Chargebacks or disputes may result in withheld payouts until resolution.
Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
- You must clearly communicate your cancellation and refund policies.
- The Platform may intervene in disputes where client safety, misrepresentation, or non-delivery of service is evidenced.
- The Platform's decision in a dispute may include refunding clients, withholding payouts, or suspending accounts.
Client Safety & Incident Reporting
Partners must:
- Always priortise client safety.
- Report any adverse events, complications, or safeguarding concerns to the Platform within 24 hours.
- Cooperate fully with investigations and provide the requested documentation.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
- You must handle all client data in compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
- You must not export, misuse, or sell client information obtained via the Platform.
- The Platform may anonymise usage data for analytics and service improvement.
Branding & Verified Status
- Verified Partner badges may only be used while you maintain active verified status.
- You may not misrepresent your association with the Platform or imply exclusivity unless contractually agreed.
- Any misuse of branding may result in immediate removal of verification
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Verified Partner status for:
- Breach of this Agreement or Platform Terms.
- Risk to client safety.
- Fraudulent, unethical, or misleading conduct.
- Loss of professional licence, insurance, or eligibility.
Upon termination, all Verified Partner benefits, branding, and access will be removed.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform:
- Provides a listing, booking, and commerce environment but does not oversee clinical decision-making.
- Is not responsible for treatment outcomes, adverse events, or practitioner negligence.
- Limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Verified Partner features constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, with any disputes handled by UK courts.
By applying for Verified Partner status, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
