Terms & Conditions

Purpose of Non-Verified Profiles

The Platform may create Non-Verified Clinic profiles to:

• Provide users with a complete marketplace view of aesthetic providers in their area.
• Display publicly available business information such as address, website, opening hours, and treatments claimed on public sources.
• Improve search relevance and local service discovery.

Non-Verified Clinics do not receive Verified Partner benefits unless they apply and are approved under our Verified Partner Terms.

Information Sources

We may gather publicly available information including but not limited to:

• Clinic websites
• Public social media profiles
• Public business directories
• Trading registers
• Public reviews and ratings
• Publicly accessible marketing content

We do not access private, confidential, or restricted information.

Clinic Rights & Opt-Out

Clinics may:

• Request corrections or updates to their public profile
• Submit additional information for accuracy purposes.
• Request removal of their profile from public listing (unless required to display for compliance or safety reasons).

We will process opt-out or update requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitations of Non-Verified Profiles

Non-Verified profiles:

• Are not reviewed for clinical accuracy, qualifications, or legitimacy.
• Do not indicate whether practitioners are licensed, insured, or compliant.
• Do not signify any association, partnership, or approval by the Platform.

Verified status must be applied for separately.

Platform Obligations

The Platform will:

• Use reasonable efforts to ensure public information displayed is accurate at the time of publishing.
• Update or modify content upon request from the clinic where reasonable.
• Remove content proven to be inaccurate, misleading, or outdated.

However, the Platform:

• Makes no guarantee of completeness or accuracy of publicly sourced data.
• Is not responsible for how third-party sources present information.

Clinic Obligations

As a Non-Verified Clinic, you agree:

• To notify us if any public data displayed is incorrect.
• Not to misrepresent yourself as a Verified Partner unless formally approved.
• Not to misuse the Platform's branding, badges, or terminology.

Intellectual Property

• Public images, logos, or text may be displayed only where permitted under fair use, public licence, or explicit clinic permission.
• Clinics may request removal of any media believed to infringe intellectual property rights

User Interactions & Bookings

• Non-Verified profiles may include contact details or external links.
• Non-Verified Clinics may not process bookings or payments through the Platform unless they upgrade to Verified status.

We are not responsible for any client interactions that take place outside the Platform

Accuracy, Liability & Disclaimers

The Platform:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy of public information collected.
• Is not liable for any errors, misinterpretations, or omissions.
• Is not responsible for clinic services, outcomes, client interactions, or safety.

Non-Verified Clinics remain fully responsible for their clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued display of a public profile constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the UK courts.
By continuing to appear on the Platform as a Non-Verified Clinic, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
