Angelica is absolutely amazing. She is such a kind and genuine person and instantly made me feel at ease. I was extremely nervous before my full body laser appointment and feeling so vulnerable was honestly scary for me, but she handled everything with so much professionalism, care and respect. She explained each step, checked in with me constantly and created a calm and comfortable environment the entire time. Her reassuring energy made a huge difference and helped me relax when I thought I would not be able to. I truly felt safe, supported and respected throughout the whole experience. I could not recommend Angelica enough and I am so grateful to have her as my therapist.

Yesterday I had a laser session with Zana, who is new at the clinic, and it was absolutely the best appointment I’ve had so far. I’ve been coming to this clinic for almost a year, and despite having some bad experiences in the past, this session completely changed my perspective. Zana is extremely experienced, patient, and professional. Her customer service was outstanding, and she gave me excellent advice tailored to my needs. I truly felt comfortable and well taken care of.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 5 years because the location is very convenient and the results are good. However I haven’t always had the best experience - the reviews about inconsistencies in customer service and appointments getting cancelled if you show up a couple of minutes late are definitely true - hence my 4 stars. This time I want to put in a good word for some of the lovely staff members that I’ve encountered, especially Zana who was just in her first week at the clinic but had absolutely stellar manners and was very thorough, despite how busy the clinic can get with evening appointments. I also always have a great experience with a Latina lady whose name escapes me. I think most of the staff is very nice but they are under a lot of pressure.

I have had roughly 12 sessions of laser hair removal. All the beauty therapists have been very polite and professional. They cater to clients of different backgrounds and ethnicities.
